This nationally recognised community service qualification prepares you for a generalist position in community services. As a graduate, you may work in diverse community settings helping clients to access essential services. You can work independently within your area of expertise or supervise colleagues. Throughout the course, you will develop specialised skills to deliver, manage and coordinate person-centred services to individuals, groups, and communities across a large range of service areas from drugs and alcohol treatment, community mental health, children, youth work, family, disability and housing. With a strong focus on both person-centred and strengths-based case management, our course prepares you for a wide range of specialisations within the community services sector.
